Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Assist with documentation and reports related to customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals and targets.
