📋 Roles & Responsibilities

• Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues

• Referring HR matters to senior HR staff when required

• Handling recruitment requirements through agencies and advertisements

• Coordinating with candidates and conducting interviews

• Administering offer letters and onboarding process

• Conducting induction programs for new employees

• Collecting market salary data for annual reviews

• Assisting with monthly payroll data input

• Supporting HR policy development and implementation

• Handling employee queries and other HR-related tasks

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Postgraduate Degree in HR Management with minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
  OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management with minimum 2 years experience in recruitment

💰 Salary Structure

Maximum Salary: ₹20,000 per month

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 (75%)

• Variable Pay: ₹5,000 (25%) based on performance

• Minimum 10 recruitments per month through own sourcing efforts
