📋 Roles & Responsibilities

• Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues

• Referring HR-related issues to senior HR staff

• Assisting departments with recruitment requirements through agencies and advertisements

• Coordinating with prospective candidates and scheduling interviews

• Assisting in the interview process and administering offer letters

• Conducting induction programs for new employees

• Participating in collecting market salary data for annual review

• Assisting in monthly payroll data entry

• Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Responding to HR-related queries from employees
