🎯 Job Responsibilities
✅ Source and screen candidates for various job openings
✅ Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments
✅ Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers
✅ Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
✅ Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
✅ Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
