• टीम को लीड करना और उन्हें डेली टार्गेट पूरा करवाना

• बैंक की Recovery / Collection से जुड़े केस हैंडल करना

• Field Executives और Calling Team को मार्गदर्शन देना

• Daily MIS Reports तैयार करना और टीम की परफॉर्मेंस मॉनिटर करना

• Disputes को Resolve करना और Banking Compliance Maintain करना
