  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Banking Loan Recovery and Collection work knowledge
  • Contact customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets set for the tele-calling unit.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on promised payments and resolve customer queries or issues.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
