Responsibilities:

  • Basic Computer and Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Recovery and Collection Callling
  • Strong followup from Customer
  • Maintain settlement letter from the recovery team
  • Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time by the Competent Authority.
  • Maintain customer database
  • Close deals over phone
  • Report on sales performance regularly etc..
